Multiple High-Grade Manganese Sandstone Outcrops

Overview

Located in the Bahia state of Brazil, the Glória Manganese Project represents an early-stage exploration opportunity with great potential to supply critical battery-grade manganese for the rapidly growing energy storage and electric vehicle markets. Uniquely positioned within the Recôncavo-Tucano-Jatobá Basin, the project features multiple high-grade manganese sandstone outcrops, with mineralized bodies demonstrating manganese content averages near 22%, and peaks reaching over 49% with very low impurity levels including phosphorus, sulfur and iron. The geological setting, characterized by fault-controlled manganese enrichment combined with supergene processes, suggests substantial undiscovered resources along a 6 km mineralized alignment. Situated just 24 km from Paulo Afonso—a regional hub with hydroelectric infrastructure—the project boasts excellent access and logistics for future development. With low deleterious elements and promising initial sampling results, Glória is primed for accelerated exploration campaigns, aiming to transform Brazil’s domestic battery materials supply chain and contribute to the green energy revolution

Key Highlights for Glória Manganese Project

  • Location & Access:
Central Bahia state, near Paulo Afonso (population ~113,000), with good paved road access and proximity to hydroelectric infrastructure supporting sustainable development.
  • Geological Setting:
Located within the Recôncavo-Tucano-Jatobá Basin, manganese mineralization occurs in coarse to conglomeratic sandstones of the Brotas and possibly Ilhas Groups.
  • High-Grade Manganese Mineralization:
Two primary manganese mineralized bodies with results ranging from 7% to 49% Mn, averaging around 22% in the first body and 18% in the second, indicating significant ore potential.
  • Mineralization Controls:
Manganese occurs mainly in fault zones, fractures, and supergene-enriched lateritic layers, indicating structurally controlled deposits with surface enrichment favorable for extraction.
  • Low Impurity Levels:
Low phosphorus (P2O5), sulfur (S), and iron (Fe2O3) content in key samples point to high-quality manganese suitable for battery-grade applications.
  • Exploration Potential:
The manganese-bearing sandstone trend extends approximately 6 km with multiple targets identified for follow-up exploration, including remote sensing and geophysical studies.
  • Initial Sampling Campaign:
Over 105 geological points sampled, with 66 detailed manganese analyses confirming consistent mineralization and low deleterious content.
  • Next Steps:
Focus on refining geological models, additional target identification with remote sensing and spectral studies, and planned drilling programs to quantify resource size and grade.

ACQUISITION TERMS

Purchasing 100% Ownership

This Purchase Option Agreement shall terminate if BEM fails to advance the required cash and share payments to BEKO as per the following within the time limit as follows:

  • if BEM fails to advance US$20,000 as a down payment on execution of this Option Agreement and advance US$30,000 and issue to BEKO 4,000,000 common shares of BEM within ten days of receipt of TSX Venture Exchange Approval;
  • if BEM fails to advance US$75,000 and issue to BEKO a further 2,000,000 common shares of BEM on or before the six-month anniversary date of Exchange Approval; and
  • if BEM fails to advance US$75,000 and issue to BEKO a further 2,000,000 common shares on or before the twelve-month anniversary date of Exchange Approval.

BEM agrees to grant BEKO a two percent (2%) Net Smelter Royalty against the Brazil Projects upon the successful exercise of the Option as detailed above.

Gloria manganese present work done

  • Initial geological mapping and Identification and sampling of manganese outcrops with grade ranging from 6%  to 49.1% Mn.

Recommendations for work to be done in future:

  • Identification of all Manganese outcrops, identify the structural control (bedding, orientation), characterize if the mineralization is supergenic and or hydrothermal and execution of 500 to 2000m drilling program to identify the mineralization at depth.

Gloria manganese Geology

Geologically, the area is located within the limits of the Recôncavo-Tucano-Jatobá Basin, where the sandstones with manganese are located in sedimentary rocks attributed to the sandstones of the Ilhas Group and Brotas Group. Sandstones range from coarse sandstone to conglomeratic sandstones, where these are filled and/or replaced by black to bluish black manganese oxides. In some outcrops, there are stockwork-type faults where these zones are formed by manganese oxides and fill the rocks with manganese from these zones.

Manganese ore is found in the form of black to blue-black manganese oxides/ hydroxides that react to the presence of hydrogen peroxide. In general, the ore occurs in the form of botroidal habits for these minerals or in a massive form, resembling minerals such as Psilomelane ((Ba,H2O)2Mn5O10) and Cryptomelane (K(Mn4+,Mn2+)8O16). In smaller quantities, a fibrous habit can also be observed, which may indicate the presence of Pyrolusite (MnO2). Dissolution features are observed in the mineralized rock, generating a micro-karst feature in these manganese-mineralized hills.

KEY FEATURES

Gloria is a near surface and outcropping manganese occurrence that can be easily developed after the definition of a reasonable reserve.
