Vancouver, British Columbia – Sonoran Desert Copper Corporation (TSXV: SDCU) (“SDCU” or the “Company“) announces that the issuance of 1.55 million options at $0.20 announced in the Company’s June 27, 2024 news release was cancelled. The Company further announces that 1.55 million stock options will now be granted to officers and directors of the company. The options will have an exercise price of $0.25 per share, and expire five years from the date of the grant.
